Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a ticket to Ubiq X LIVE 2026, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Ticket Purchase & Confirmation
All tickets must be purchased via the official Ubiq Education ticketing platform.
A confirmation email and e-ticket will be issued following successful payment.

Refunds & Transfers
Tickets are non-refundable once purchased.
Tickets are transferrable within your organisation up to 60 days prior to the event (until 4 January 2026).
To transfer a ticket, please email events@ubiqeducation.com with the new delegate’s full name, job title, and email address.
Transfers requested after the 60-day deadline will not be accepted.

Event Changes
Ubiq Education reserves the right to make changes to the event programme, speakers, or schedule as necessary.
In the unlikely event of cancellation, all delegates will be notified, and any applicable refund or transfer options will be communicated.

Delegate Conduct
Delegates are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully at all times during the event.
Ubiq Education reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any participant engaging in inappropriate behaviour.

Photography & Filming
The event will be photographed and filmed. By attending, you consent to the use of your image for promotional and marketing purposes.

Data Protection
Personal data collected during registration will be handled in accordance with Ubiq Education’s Privacy Policy and used solely for event administration and communication purposes.
