Terms and Conditions By submitting a request to partner at Ubiq X LIVE 2027, you agree to the following terms and conditions. 1. Partnership & Exhibitor Confirmation 1.1. Submission of this form does not guarantee allocation of a partnership, exhibitor, or consultancy space. 1.2. Spaces are only secured once full payment has been received. 2. Refunds & Transfers 2.1. All partnership, exhibitor, and consultancy bookings are non-refundable. 2.2. Exhibitor, consultant, and partnership passes will be allocated to named staff members, with confirmation of names required no later than 40 days prior to the event (22 January 2027). 2.3. Tickets and passes are non-transferable within your organisation unless agreed in writing by Ubiq Education. 3. Event Changes 3.1. Ubiq Education reserves the right to make changes to the event programme, speakers, venue layout, or schedule as necessary. 3.2. In the unlikely event of event cancellation, all partners will be notified and any applicable refund or transfer options will be communicated promptly. 4. Partner Conduct 4.1. All partners, exhibitors, and consultants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully throughout the event. 4.2. Ubiq Education reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any organisation or participant engaging in inappropriate, disruptive, or unethical behaviour. 5. Photography & Filming 5.1. The event will be photographed and filmed. By attending, you consent to the use of your organisation’s name, logo, and any images or footage featuring your representatives for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes by Ubiq Education. 6. Data Protection 6.1. Personal data collected during registration will be handled in accordance with Ubiq Education’s Privacy Policy and used solely for event administration and communication purposes. 6.2. Partners who receive or handle delegate data agree to process it only for legitimate event-related purposes and in full compliance with applicable data protection laws (including the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018). 6.3. Delegate data may not be copied, shared, or used for unrelated marketing activities without explicit consent from the data subject. Submit
