Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions: Ubiq X LIVE 2027 Ticket and Hotel Package

By purchasing a Ticket and Hotel Package for Ubiq X LIVE 2027, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Package Purchase and Confirmation

• All packages must be bought through the official Ubiq Education ticketing platform.
• Each package includes one delegate ticket for Ubiq X LIVE 2027 and accommodation at the Holiday Inn London – Whitechapel (5 Cavell Street, London E1 2BP) for the agreed and paid-for rooms submitted via this form.
• Once payment has gone through, you will receive a confirmation email. Your hotel stay is confirmed by Ubiq Education. You do not need to book with the hotel separately.
• Rooms come from a limited allocation held by Ubiq Education and are available on a first-come, first-served basis until 26th February 2027 or until they sell out, whichever comes first.

Refunds and Transfers

• Packages are non-refundable once purchased. This covers both the ticket and the hotel stay.
• Packages can be transferred within your organisation up to 60 days before the event (until 2 January 2027). Transferring the ticket also transfers the hotel room to the new delegate.
• To transfer a package, email events@ubiqeducation.com with the new delegate’s full name, job title and email address, plus any dietary or accessibility requirements.
• Transfer and name-change requests made after the 60-day deadline will not be accepted.
• The ticket and hotel parts of a package cannot be split, sold separately or partly refunded.

Your Hotel Stay

• Ubiq Education will pass your name, email address, stay dates and any accessibility requirements to the hotel so your room can be allocated.
• Check-in and check-out times are set by the hotel. You may need to show photo ID and a payment card at check-in.
• Your package covers the room and breakfast only. You pay the hotel directly for anything else, such as food and drink, room service, parking or damage.
• Requests to extend your stay or change your dates must be made directly with Ubiq Education and depend on availability and the hotel’s own rates.
• If you don’t arrive on the first night of your booking without telling us in advance, the hotel may release your room. No refund will be given.
• During your stay you must follow the hotel’s own terms and policies. Ubiq Education is not responsible for the hotel’s services, facilities or the conduct of its staff.

Event Changes

• Ubiq Education reserves the right to make changes to the event programme, speakers or schedule as needed.
• In the unlikely event of cancellation, all delegates will be notified. Any refund or transfer options for the ticket and the hotel stay will be communicated at that time.
• If the hotel can’t honour your booking for reasons outside our control, Ubiq Education will make reasonable efforts to arrange comparable accommodation nearby.

Delegate Conduct

• Delegates are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully at all times, at the event and at the hotel.
• Ubiq Education reserves the right to refuse entry to, or remove, anyone behaving inappropriately.

Photography and Filming

• The event will be photographed and filmed. By attending, you consent to your image being used for promotional and marketing purposes.

Data Protection

• Personal data collected at booking will be handled in line with Ubiq Education’s Privacy Policy and used only for event and accommodation administration and communication.
• By booking this package, you agree that Ubiq Education may share your name, email address, stay dates and any accessibility or dietary requirements with the Holiday Inn London – Whitechapel to manage your booking.
• You also agree that Ubiq Education may share limited attendee information (such as name, job title, school and email address) with our sponsors for legitimate event-related purposes, such as networking or post-event follow-up. All partners must handle this data in line with applicable data protection laws.
