UBIQ X LIVE USA 2027

FORMER DELTA CMO JOINS THE AGENDA

Every school says it offers outstanding teaching. Every school lists the same college destinations. So how does a family choose? Alicia Tillman knows. She was Chief Marketing Officer at Delta Air Lines and at SAP, and she’s closing Ubiq X LIVE USA 2027 (June 14 - 15, 2027), the conference built for independent school marketing teams. She has led global brands. She has sat on a school board. Few people know both worlds this well. Her keynote, Marketing the Possible, shows you how to stop selling what your school offers and start showing families what becomes possible for their child.

MARKETING THE POSSIBLE: THE CLOSING KEYNOTE

Choosing a school is a four-year commitment. It rivals an enterprise sale. Parents don’t need another list of capabilities. They need to see their child’s future.

In this closing keynote, Alicia shares lessons from Delta, SAP and her time on a school board. She’ll show you how purposeful brands move audiences from “what we offer” to “what becomes possible.” You’ll leave ready to put outcomes, ambition and purpose at the heart of your marketing, and to own the impact your work has on families’ lives.

SCHOOL MARKETING FOR INNOVATORS

IT'S TIME TO COLOR OUTSIDE THE LINES

US school marketers have a gap. There are plenty of education conferences and plenty of marketing conferences, but almost none built for the people who market independent schools. Ubiq X LIVE USA is one of the only conferences in the US entirely dedicated to school marketing teams. It’s a hybrid of commercial strategy and education. For two days, lessons from the world’s boldest brands meet the realities of your open events, website journeys and enrollment handoffs.

This year’s theme is Color Outside the Lines, grounded in one central belief: schools that play it safe end up looking like everyone else. The schools that grow are the ones brave enough to be different.
