| When and where is Ubiq X LIVE taking place? |
| Ubiq X LIVE will take place on Wednesday 4th and Thursday 5th March 2026 at Tobacco Dock, London, UK — one of the city’s most iconic and creative event spaces. |
| What's the best way to get to the venue? |
|
Tobacco Dock is located in East London and is easy to reach by public transport. 🚆 The nearest Tube stations are Wapping (Overground, Windrush Service) and Tower Hill (District and Circle Lines), both just a short walk away. 🚘 A 615-vehicle car park, operated by YellowPark, is located opposite the venue's Wapping Lane entrance. Bookings are available via their website here. ✈️ If you’re traveling internationally, London City Airport is around 25 minutes away by car, and Heathrow and Gatwick are both easily accessible by train or taxi. You can purchase tickets by proceeding from our Ticket Options page to the dedicated registration form for your chosen ticket type. Complete all guests' details and proceed to payment to secure your tickets. You'll receive a ticket confirmation shortly thereafter. Your email is your ticket—so keep it safe! |

| Are group booking discounts available? |
| There are no discounts for group bookings. Tickets have been priced as competitively as possible to ensure all delegates, regardless of group size, get the best rate when booking. |
| Why is there 20% VAT on tickets? |
|
All tickets for Ubiq events are subject to UK Value Added Tax (VAT) at 20%, in line with UK government regulations. VAT is a consumption tax applied to most goods and services sold within the UK, including event tickets. Even if you’re joining us from overseas, VAT must still be applied because the event takes place in the UK. Depending on your country and tax status, you may be able to reclaim the VAT through your organisation’s local tax authority. |
| What do I need to know about entering the UK as an international visitor? |
| Most visitors can enter the UK for short stays without a visa if they’re from visa-exempt countries. Others will need to apply for a Standard Visitor visa in advance. All travelers must have a valid passport, may need to show proof of accommodation, return travel, and sufficient funds for their stay. Entry requirements can vary by nationality, so it’s important to check the UK government’s official guidance before travelling. |

| All sessions will be live and in-person only, so come ready to engage, learn, and be inspired in real time. |

| Can I transfer or cancel my ticket? |

Tickets are non-refundable, but they can be transferred to a colleague up to 60 days before the event. For full details, please refer to our Terms & Conditions during registration. |

Absolutely. Ubiq X LIVE is built around connection. From breakout sessions to our Ubiq X Live party, you’ll have plenty of chances to meet other school professionals, share ideas, and grow your network. Expect energy, collaboration, and a few surprises along the way (in true Ubiq style). |

| There's no strict dress code here — we recommend smart casual. Comfort is key, as you’ll be moving between sessions, exploring the venue, and connecting with people throughout the day. (And if bold colours are your thing, you’ll fit right in.) |
