Overview
Ubiq Education, a leading provider of school websites and creator of the AMAIS™ digital experience platform, today announced the acquisition of Interactive Experience Technologies (IET), a K-12 Independent school software provider, best known for its cutting-edge personalized digital experiences and immersive engagement microsites.
The acquisition marks a significant milestone in Ubiq Education’s mission to redefine how schools connect with their communities. By integrating IET’s proprietary technology and analytics into Ubiq’s AMAIS™ platform, the company aims to move schools even further away from static, one-size-fits-all websites and toward hyper-personalized’ digital experiences. Empowering schools to quickly and easily deliver tailored content like never before - based on the specific interests, behaviours and demographics of prospective families.
The move comes at a time of rapid consolidation in the K-12 education market, as schools increasingly seek more sophisticated solutions to manage the entire digital customer journey from initial inquiry to enrollment, or capital campaign to donation. By incorporating IET’s capabilities, Ubiq significantly strengthens its ability to help schools increase lead generation and conversion through dynamic data-driven storytelling.

"It not only provides a major enhancement to the AMAIS ecosystem, but also provides a new entry point for schools wrestling with smaller budgets and teams, tighter timeframes - or simply operating under the pressure of needing to provide instant results."
Why Now?
Interactive Experience Technologies has built an excellent reputation for developing high-impact digital tools that replace traditional, static websites and documents with trackable, interactive micro-sites. These tools allow marketing and admissions teams to see exactly what content prospective parents are engaging with, providing invaluable insights for recruitment and enrollment.
Through this deal, Ubiq will integrate these tools directly into the AMAIS software ecosystem, offering a seamless, end-to-end digital experience.
The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. This acquisition follows a trend of heightened investment and M&A activity in the school marketing and communication space, as school administrations prioritize digital-first strategies to remain competitive in an increasingly globalized education market
